What types of organizations use QUBER?

QUBER works with for-profit employers, non-profits, foundations, and community organizations. Our partners range from large enterprises like Amazon and Levi's to foundations like KFC Foundation that serve hourly and frontline workers.

How does the employer match work?

You set your own match rate (e.g. 50¢ per $1 saved) and monthly cap. Contributions are scheduled automatically alongside payroll. There's no complex administration — we handle all of it.

Why not just give my employees a raise?

Most people are very good at spending money but not so good at saving it. When people receive extra income, they often find new ways to spend it. QUBER builds the saving habit — employees save 5× more than they would with automatic payroll deduction alone.

Is this a retirement account?

No — QUBER is a liquid emergency savings benefit. Unlike RRSPs or 401(k)s, employees can access their savings anytime. This is intentional: emergency savings need to be accessible to actually work.

Is QUBER available in the US and Canada?

Yes. QUBER operates in both Canada and the United States. Our accounts are CDIC-insured in Canada.

How long does implementation take?
