2. Draw Schedule
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of Canada, excluding the province of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees of QUBER Technologies, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), their immediate families (parent, child, sibling & spouse and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or persons living in the same households as such individuals (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in the Contest. By participating in the Contest, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility upon entry and/or upon selection as a potential winner.
3. How To Enter
Save to Win ballots are awarded to users based on their QUBER account growth in multiples of $20. The number of ballots a user earns during any Contest Period is equal to the balance of their QUBER account at the end of that period minus the balance of their QUBER account at the beginning of the period divided by twenty (20). Savings must remain in the QUBER account until after the draw in question is complete to be counted as ballots.
Bonus Entries: Periodically during the Contest Period additional bonus entry opportunities will be available within the QUBER app. Entrants should login to the QUBER app periodically for bonus entry opportunities, instructions, and limits.
4. Random Drawings
On or about each Monthly Draw Date, the Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential $50 cash prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Each winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion.
On or about each Grand Prize Draw Date, the Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential $500 cash prize winner from among all eligible Grand Prize entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential prize winner who appears to be willfully engaging in unfair practices or attempts to game the system.
5. Prizes and Odds of Winning
I. Grand Prizes (1 total): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive $500 deposited into his/her QUBER bank account.
II. Monthly Prizes (5 per Monthly Entry Period, 30 total): Each Monthly Prize Winner will receive $50 deposited into his/her QUBER bank account.
III. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period or Grand Prize Entry Period.
6. How to Claim a Prize
Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail within three (3) business days from the Draw Date with further instructions on how to claim his/her prize. If a notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner FAILS TO RESPOND TO THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE THE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate potential winner. Prizes are not transferable. ALL FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.
7. Rights Granted by You
By entering the Contest, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Contest, and biographical information, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.
8. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, violates these Official Rules, or uses bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.
9. Limitation of Liability
By submitting your entry, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of its respective partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Contest and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries.

11. Winners List
