1. Eligibility

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VALID ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

As of the start of the Sweepstakes Period, participants must (i) be legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. States or the District of Columbia, (ii) at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, and (iii) have received a valid invitation or group code from a participating employer, non-profit or other similar type of organization. Employees of QUBER Savings, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and fulfillment and marketing agencies (collectively, "Promotion Parties"), their immediate families, and/or persons living in the same households are not eligible. Void in any state not listed above and where prohibited by law, rule or regulation. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

3. How to Enter

QUBER App Method: Save to Win ballots are awarded to users based on their QUBER account growth in multiples of $20. The number of ballots a user earns during any Sweepstakes Period is equal to the balance of their QUBER account at the end of that period minus the balance of their QUBER account at the beginning of the period divided by twenty (20). Savings must remain in the QUBER account until after the draw in question is complete to be counted as ballots.

Alternate Method: To receive an entry without opening a QUBER bank account, an eligible entrant must visit www.qubersavings.com/save-to-win-online-entry-form during the Sweepstakes Period and complete the Online Sweepstakes Entry Form in its entirety, including: complete name, valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY). Each Online Entry received will be entered into the then-current Monthly Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period.

Bonus Entries: Periodically during the Sweepstakes Period, additional bonus entry opportunities will be available within the QUBER app.

4. Random Drawings

On or about each Monthly Draw Date, the Sponsor will randomly select the applicable number of potential cash prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period. Each winner is deemed to be a potential winner pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor, at Sponsor's sole discretion.

On or about each Grand Prize Draw Date, the Sponsor or its designee will randomly select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible Grand Prize entries. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or potential prize winner who appears to be willfully engaging in unfair practices or attempts to game the system.

5. Prizes, ARV, and Odds of Winning

I. Grand Prize (1 total): One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to receive the prize either: (i) deposited into his/her QUBER bank account (if entered via QUBER App Method) or (ii) in the form of an Amazon e-gift card emailed to the winner (if entered via Online Entry).

II. Monthly Prizes: Each Monthly Prize Winner will receive the prize either deposited into his/her QUBER bank account or as an Amazon e-gift card, depending on entry method.

III. Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000

IV. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Monthly Entry Period or Grand Prize Entry Period.

V. Prize Conditions: Limit of one (1) Monthly Prize per person/household within 12 months. Limit of one (1) Grand Prize per person/household within 12 months. No prize substitution or exchange will be allowed, except by Sponsor. Gift cards may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

6. How to Claim a Prize

Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each potential winner will be notified by Sponsor via e-mail within three (3) business days from the Draw Date. If a notification e-mail or prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner FAILS TO RESPOND TO THE PRIZE NOTIFICATION WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE THE NOTIFICATION WAS SENT, or if a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited. Prizes are not transferable. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES IMPOSED ON THE ACCEPTANCE OF A PRIZE ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH WINNER.

7. Rights Granted by You

By entering the Sweepstakes, you understand and agree that Sponsor, anyone acting on behalf of Sponsor, and Sponsor's licensees, successors, and assigns, shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and throughout the world, without limitation, your name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Sweepstakes, and biographical information, for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review or consent.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor's control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or uses bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering.

9. Limitation of Liability

By submitting your entry, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of its respective partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from and against any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Disputes

THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF UNITED STATES AND THE STATE OF DELAWARE WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, you agree that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in the State of Delaware having proper jurisdiction. Participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
